Almost the end of Easter break

Now that most of Easter break has passed, I have had time to travel and relax before getting ready for my exams. The first week of break I traveled to Italy. Italy is one of the nicest places I have ever been. The Cinque Terra region we were in for the most time is unbelievably beautiful and I would travel back there any time. The last day we had in Milan was also great, because it allowed to me see a large city in Italy and compare it to the countryside we had been in most of the time.

The week following Italy was a more relaxed week with lots of hanging out. It was my roommate Sean's birthday on Sunday so a group of us went out and played laser tag, went bowling, and played in the arcade. Sean and I came to a great conclusion that for the rest of our birthday's we would like to celebrate them like we did when we were younger. This gave me the idea that for my twenty second birthday I would like to go rollerskating or something along those lines. The Wednesday after Sean's birthday we went bowling again. It was as if we had rejuvenated energy for a past time and we were ready to go bowling every day.

On Thursday Sean's mom arrived and we have been busy hanging out with her since then. On Friday we went to Cambridge which is a very nice city, filled with 32 colleges that all comprise Cambridge University. We also had the opportunity to go punting, but decided not to because it was a little pricey. Although we didn't go, we were able to view the chaos from a bridge and watch as multiple collisions occurred in this one section of the river where there were about 50 punting boats.

The next month is going to fly by extremely fast. On the 30th I travel to Norway with my Dickinson group. We are going to Bergin, Norway a large fishing city for 4 days. When we return on May 4th, I have one night in Norwich and am then off to Scotland with Sean for 5 days. We are going to go to Edinburgh, Glasgow, and the Highlands. When we are in the Highlands we are planning on stopping in and seeing the Lockness Monster and figuring out if it is a true story or a hoax. Once I get back from Scotland I have a few days to review for my first exam on May 12th. On May 14th I am traveling to Croatia until the 16th. I have never been to Croatia but I am very excited to continue checking out new places as I have all semester. Once I return from Croatia I have a few days to study until my second exam on the 19th. I have another week off until my final exam, May 26. Then I am back to the states on the 28th, flying in DC to go home to NH for a few days then back to DC for the summer.
